- Citti's Florist sends flowers all around the world.
- US Florists delivered orders must be received before 11:00 a.m.
in the delivered time zone Monday-Friday to assure same day
delivery. Orders received after these times may be delivered
the following day. Not all items are avaliable for same day delivery.
- We cannot deliver on New Years Day, Martin Luther
King's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of
July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
- We will do our best to accommodate florist deliveries during
specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it.
- Citti's will not call recipients before delivery takes place unless there is a concern with locating their address.

Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or mountainous regions
must have a phone number for recipient. Some rural areas may incur
an additional service fee or the recipient may have to pick up the
flowers.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our
shop directly at 800-255-0855. We do not accept international
orders over the Internet.
- We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
