Delivery Policy

Citti's Florist sends flowers all around the world.

US Florists delivered orders must be received before 12 :00 noon in the delivered time zone Monday-Friday to assure same day delivery. Orders received after these times may be delivered the following day. Not all items are available for same day delivery.

Cittisflorist.com does not guarantee AM delivery requests. We will try our best to accommodate the request whenever possible.

We cannot deliver on New Years Day, Martin Luther King's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.

We will do our best to accommodate florist deliveries during specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Citti's will not call recipients before delivery takes place unless there is a concern with locating their address.

Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or mountainous regions must have a phone number for recipient. Some rural areas may incur an additional service fee or the recipient may have to pick up the flowers.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly at 800-255-0855. We do not accept international orders over the Internet.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Citti's minimum order per item is $39.99 for local orders and $49.99 for out of town orders. Service fees are additional to this amount
